field team
We have many connections with families and MKs across the globe, and we are fortunate to get to serve them through care trips & conferences. A way that we seek to do this more regularly is by sending a team into the field. We are in preparation to send a field team in 2025 that is focusing on these connections! We are currently building a team of staff and interns who desire to pioneer a new territory by being a care team and a support system for MKs and their families all across the globe.

Orlando
We plan and prepare for all of our trips from Cru's Global Headquarters. We also host our summer internship here, and engage in local ministry with the Staff Families that come and live in Orlando through Lake Hart Stint. We spend about a third of the year traveling to work at MK conferences and to lead our summer missions.
